Chauncey Goodrich, Broker
I have lived in Pinedale almost my entire life. I left for a brief period to attend school at the University of Sioux Falls and moved back shortly after graduation. It was there in Sioux Falls that I met and married my wonderful wife Angela. We now have a 5 year old daughter, Lexie and a 1 year old daughter, Candace Cynthia who keep us on our toes. Besides my family, who is my first love, I have one major passion in life; Fly Fishing!! I have fished most all of the local rivers and tributaries in the Pinedale area and many others around the state. In pursuing my passion, I have traveled all over Sublette County. I bring a strong work ethic and an aggressive approach to real estate. I love what I do because it allows me to share with people the wonders of Sublette County.

Cyd Goodrich, Associate Broker
I started my Real Estate career in 1989. In the beginning it was so much fun to see all the properties on the market and walk through some gorgeous homes. Properties weren't listed by address then; most of them were characterized by identifying owners, "Doc Johnston's old rental", across the street from the backdoor of Stockman's, and such. Somewhere between north of Korfonta's big house, and a block west of the Ol' Ford garage, I fell in love with helping people buy and sell property. In 1994 I created Pinedale Properties, Inc., naively thinking I would just have a secretary and myself. What a dreamer! In less than a month I had to hire another agent, and a helper for the secretary. We've grown and grown and improved our services, educated ourselves, as well as our buyers and sellers with an ever changing market. I may have been a dreamer for thinking I could do it all myself, but one thing is for sure, I wasn't dreaming about Pinedale Properties becoming the foremost leader in professional Real Estate services in Sublette County. We've had agents come and go, but we've never lost or compromised our integrity. I built this business on ethics, integrity and honesty, and I can guarantee you, those are all still in place. I've been privileged and blessed to have a wonderful son and son in law to take this company over, and lead it to an even higher level. You may not see my presence physically in the office as much anymore, but my heart is still there, and I could not be prouder of the company Pinedale Properties has become.

Renell Foreman, GRI, Sales Associate
In 1994, my husband and I considered our move to Wyoming as "a big adventure" because Sublette County is such a different environment from the largely populated area in Texas where we were raised. In 2001 I was encouraged to begin a career in Real Estate by a trusted and experienced broker. In the past ten years I've been able to assist new friends and old in their desire to acquire or sell property. For some clients this was an exciting time to purchase their first home and then to upgraded to their second home. Many are now happy to be able to live on acreage where they can watch the sunrise and set and have a bit of elbow room for their family and animals. A few have purchased their retirement home and may live in Wyoming part time. For other clients it's been about finding the best location to fit their business need. I am pleased and honored to have been the realtor of choice for so many and to build new relationships over this past decade. In 2006 I achieved my Graduate, Realtor Institute designation. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Wyoming Association of Realtors and the Teton Board of Realtors. I am proud to uphold professional and ethical standards as I assist and represent those interested in a real estate transfer. I pride myself on educating my clients while looking for the property that best fits their needs and requirements and to pave the way for an enjoyable, less stressful, professional experience.

I am originally a Wyoming native, however, I was raised on the edge of the Mojave Desert in Boulder City, Nevada. Instead of growing up with a 4-H animal or learning to calf rope, I had pet scorpions and spent afternoons catching lizards! My family spent every summer back in Wyoming and I knew that someday we'd return here. I grew up working with my dad, building custom homes and concrete tilt-up commercial buildings. We'd always try to find summer jobs building cabins or homes out of the desert heat in Wyoming or Utah, but the ultimate goal was to move back to Wyoming and have a cattle ranch. About 10 years ago that dream was realized, and for the last 5 years, I have spent most of my time here working with my dad and brothers on the ranch and various building projects. In 2008, I married the love of my life, Shalesa, and promptly moved her to Wyoming and out of her comfort zone. Shalesa worked as a hairdresser in exclusive Bumble&Bumble salons in St. George, Newport Beach, and Las Vegas and has brought her experience, creativity and work ethic with her. She has developed a very loyal clientele that understands skill and looking good is worth waiting for, in order for a full-time mom to make some time to do what she loves. This brings us to our beautiful baby girl, Elliette Samone. Ellie was born on her mom's birthday in November 2009. Talk about a birthday present! She is so much fun, that I look forward to the days when Shalesa works so I can have some daddy-daughter time. We are currently living out in Boulder with our dogs Libbee and Brutus. As if getting married and having a baby wasn't exciting enough, I started learning to fly airplanes, took up golf, and got my real estate license! My goals coming into this New Year are to get my private pilots license, my instrument rating and then to eventually get a plane! My goals for golf are to break 90, or at least keep beating my older brothers. And finally, my goals in real estate are to use my construction background to help buyers and sellers alike to realize the potential of their property, seek out smart investments, or find the perfect place to settle in this beautiful area. If you or someone you know is planning to buy or sell real estate in Wyoming, if you have property and are looking to improve it, or if you just have questions about the current market, I would like to offer my services and ask you to consider me as a prospective agent to help you through the process.

Charles Stough, Business Manager/Sales Associate
I wasn't born in Wyoming, but I got here as fast as I could. I grew up in Midland, Texas where my father owned the local lumber yard in the days before Home Depot. He taught me that integrity and customer service are the cornerstones of good business - I was very lucky to have him as a mentor. Growing up in Midland, I always yearned for the mountains and the trees that were nowhere to be found in the flat, dry Permian basin. By the time I graduated from UT Arlington with a degree in accounting, the call of the Rocky Mountains was irresistible to me. Chandra, my beautiful bride, didn't know what to think when I subscribed to the Casper Star Tribune and started answering help wanted ads, but she was (and remains) my staunchest supporter. When I was offered a job as Business Manager for Big Horn Enterprises in Thermopolis, she organized the garage sale, packed our meager belongings into a U-Haul and followed me farther from home than she had ever been. We lived on the Big Horn river in Hot Springs County for fifteen years. During that time I managed the manufacturing plant for LaserAim Arms until that business sold, then started a CNC machine shop with my partner, Greg Market. After seven years Greg bought out my interest in Rocky Mountain Precision and I went to First State Bank as loan officer where I worked until 2006. In April of that year I came to Pinedale as the President of Rocky Mountain Bank. Throughout the years I was privileged to participate as an owner and consultant in a number of "start-ups" including Grumpy's Trading Post, Precision Auto Parts, Bio-Action, and the two start-ups I am most proud of, Will and Claire Stough. Someone once called me a "serial entrepreneur" - I like that description, even if I can't spell it without a dictionary! By 2008 I found myself yearning for the creative chaos of a young, nimble business where I was free to think outside the box. That journey has led me here, to Pinedale Properties. Far from being merely a conduit for buyers and sellers of real property, Pinedale Properties is the sort of multi-faceted and flexible business that is constantly searching for new and innovative ways to serve our customers - the magazine you're reading is ample proof of that. So whatever your needs, from homestead to investment, property management or development, give us a call. We're always interested and just might be able to offer a suggestion or two, maybe even one you haven't considered yet.

Milissa Sloan, Property Manager
I was born and raised in Rock Springs Wyoming my entire life until I moved to Pinedale in June of 2010. Even though I am a new resident of this area, most of my favorite childhood memories consist of boating, fishing, skiing, hiking and camping in Sublette County. I have identical twin 10 year old boys who are absolutely loving the quiet and open spaces that Pinedale has to offer. They have been enjoying the many local youth activities that have encouraged their community involvement and personal enrichment as well as forming many fond childhood memories that are similar to my own while growing up. Since moving to Sublette County, I have also been able to engage myself within the community by coaching the Timberwolves in Jr. Jazz (we took first place this year!) and competing in the local co-ed volleyball team. I attended college at Western Wyoming Community College and the University of Wyoming pursuing a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. I plan to further my education in a way that would enable me to best serve my position within Pinedale Properties , Inc and continue the tradition of great service that people have come to know and expect from this company. I look forward to working with an incredible team of people who are dedicated to a high level of integrity and professionalism as well achieving my ongoing personal goal of getting to know the amazing people who make Pinedale a great place to live.

Kimberley Auld, RMPM Manager
Born and raised in Eastern Canada, I moved to the United States in 1991. I have lived in several states over the past 20 years and have found my true home amongst the Rocky Mountains. Since moving to the states I have spent the majority of those years working in Multi-Family Property Management for several national companies. I began my experience with leasing of apartments to working my way to Assistant Manager then Property Manager and then on to Marketing, Training and then to District Manager. Without even realizing it; I found my career and spent 18 years travelling this wonderful country for my job. In 1999, while on a business "ski" trip to Vail, Colorado I met my future husband, Scott who just happened to grow up in Pinedale. Throughout the years he would mention his fond memories of Pinedale and gently suggested that it would be great to move back. In 2005, we were blessed with our beautiful daughter "Scotia", and decided that a move to Pinedale would allow her the opportunities and lifestyle that big city life would not. I enjoy baking, reading, travelling and spending time with my family. Since moving to Pinedale we have found ourselves enjoying camping, hiking, fishing and skiing. After spending the last 2 years working at several jobs in town, I found myself drawn back to what I love. I have been blessed to be hired with Pinedale Properties and am hopeful that my previous experience will bring an exciting outlook to my new position and look forward to the challenges that this job will provide.

With the endless opportunities that the Sublette County area has to offer I look forward to the future and being able to become a major part of the Pinedale Properties family, who thus far has extended their friendship to me.
