I have lived in Pinedale almost my entire life. I left for a brief period to attend school at the University of Sioux Falls and moved back shortly after graduation. It was there in Sioux Falls that I met and married my wonderful wife Angela. We now have a 5 year old daughter, Lexie and a 1 year old daughter, Candace Cynthia who keep us on our toes. Besides my family, who is my first love, I have one major passion in life; Fly Fishing!! I have fished most all of the local rivers and tributaries in the Pinedale area and many others around the state. In pursuing my passion, I have traveled all over Sublette County. I bring a strong work ethic and an aggressive approach to real estate. I love what I do because it allows me to share with people the wonders of Sublette County.

Cyd Goodrich, Associate Broker
I started my Real Estate career in 1989. In the beginning it was so much fun to see all the properties on the market and walk through some gorgeous homes. Properties weren't listed by address then; most of them were characterized by identifying owners, "Doc Johnston's old rental", across the
street from the backdoor of Stockman's, and such. Somewhere between north of Korfonta's big house, and a block west of the Ol' Ford garage, I fell in love with helping people buy and sell property. In 1994 I created Pinedale
Properties, Inc., naively thinking I would just have a secretary and myself. What a dreamer! In less than a month I had to hire another agent, and a helper for the secretary. We've grown and grown and improved our services,
educated ourselves, as well as our buyers and sellers with an ever changing market. I may have been a dreamer for thinking I could do it all myself, but one thing is for sure, I wasn't dreaming about Pinedale Properties becoming the
foremost leader in professional Real Estate services in Sublette County. We've had agents come and go, but we've never lost or compromised our integrity. I built this business on ethics, integrity and honesty, and I can guarantee you, those are all still in place. I've been privileged and blessed to have a wonderful son and son in law to take this company over, and lead it to an even higher level. You may not see my presence physically in the office as much anymore, but my heart is still there, and I could not be prouder of the company Pinedale Properties has become.

Renell Foreman, GRI, Sales Associate
I was raised in the D/FW metroplex and transplanted to the least populated county in the least populated state in the United States! I came from a population of over a million, to a town about the size of my high school graduating class, and I'm lovin' it! Our mountains offer so much to enjoy, both in winter and summer. I would always rather be outside snowmachining, camping, fishing, hunting or hiking. Sublette County is a diamond in the rough. The fast paced offices where I worked in Dallas did not prepare me for the laid back atmosphere of Sublette County, but they did prepare me for the world of real estate. Let me help you make the transition.

As a 4th generation rancher's daughter from right here in Sublette County, I learned early on in life that I lived in a very unique place and this realization has only been reinforced since moving back to Pinedale ten years ago with my husband Craig and our two teenage daughters, Angela and Sara. We started our family in Colorado's Yampa River Valley but the longing to return to my home town pulled us back to Pinedale after being gone so many years. We arrived home in 1999 and the girls have thrived in our wonderful school system ever since, excelling scholastically and spending time in sports, with friends, 4-H club, church and family. Craig takes great pride in his career in the oil and gas industry with Shell Rocky Mountain. We have had our fingers on the pulse of the growth within this county and have a sincere appreciation and respect for the balance and sustainablility of the economic and social life here. Whether you're just arriving or have been here all along, I'm ready to serve you in your search for that special property or home.

Dena Moller, Office/Property Manager
I am a Wyoming native, growing up in Cody. My husband and I lived in Daniel from 96-98 and I worked for Pinedale Properties as the office manager. Our two daughters, Abigail and Katelyn were born while we were living here. We moved to Casper where we lived about 7 years and I received my real estate license while there. We later moved back to the Pinedale area and I returned to the Pinedale Properties team, as a licensed assistant to James Rogers. After assisting James for 3 1/2 years, I received the opportunity to move up to the position of rental property manager and now I am ready to utilize my expertise to find you a place to live.

My husband Adam and I purchased a home in Big Piney in 2008 and it's there that we reside along with our son Cove. I was introduced to Big Piney while dating my soon to be husband who was living and working there. November of that year was a little bit nippy, but then December came and I found out what cold was! I never thought I would travel back to snowy Utah feeling nice and toasty in comparison. I suppose I had a fair-enough warning my first time entering Big Piney when I noticed the Welcome sign boasting "The Ice Box of the Nation". In spite of the chilly winters, I think anyone would be hard pressed to find a place anymore versatile than Sublette county. The dessert, plateaus, mountains, lakes and creeks, and the wildlife. This is what I love about this part of the country! In addition to all of this, I have come to find the people here to be a very friendly, down to earth, and hardworking group.
Real Estate is a new and exciting venture for me. My background is in restaurant management and for the year prior to moving I was the office manager for an electrical contracting company. Real Estate, however, has always intrigued me and I feel very blessed to have had this opportunity open up to me. The associates I work with at Pinedale Properties are easily among the best. It's obvious to see the way they do business-ethically and professionally. I look forward to continuously learning from these great people and serving the community I already feel at home with.
