I am a 5th generation Wyoming native and have lived here most of my life. I left Pinedale to attend college and play football at the University of Sioux Falls in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. It was there that I met and married my wife, Angela. Shortly after graduation, we moved to Pinedale so I could begin my real estate career. After all, you can take the boy out of Wyoming, but you can't take the Wyoming out of the boy! We now have two daughters, Lexie and Candice. Life in Pinedale has been good to us.
I have a favorite pastime that some may call an obsession but I call therapy: fly fishing. I have fished nearly all of the local rivers and tributaries in the Sublette County and LaBarge area and many others around the state. In pursuing my passion, I believe it's important to be involved in organizations that directly impact where we live.
I served as the President of the Upper Green River Valley Trout Unlimited Chapter 469 for ten years, and then as the Rural Health Care Foundation's President for three years.
In August 2014, my wife, Angela, was diagnosed with breast cancer. After twenty-one months of treatments (and a lot of hotel stays, travel, and meals between Pinedale and Salt Lake City) I realized the financial toll it took on my family. It was then I approached Kickin’ Cancer, a nonprofit in Sublette County that helps people with these expenses, specifically the unforeseen costs of travel that insurance doesn’t pay. I wanted to be involved and help, so I took an idea I had of a fishing tournament on local waters that could be a fundraiser to help raise money for their cause.
In 2017, Fishing For The Fight was born! In 2018 we became our own 501 c(3) and now give to Kickin’ Cancer as well as people with chronic illness and people with special needs. In its first Seven years, we raised over $1,000,000 and now consistently raise about $400,000 annually. Excluding my family, it has been the single most significant achievement of my life! Background: I grew up on our family’s fourth generation ranch north of Pinedale where we operated a guest ranch, outfitting operation, and raised & maintained 80 head of horses and 300 cattle. After graduating high school, I went on to the University of Wyoming where I received my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. I returned to the ranch where I managed operations for nearly a decade. I took a hiatus and worked 11 years in the trades of excavation, home building, and cabinetry. In 2012, I pursued work in the gas field where better opportunities presented themselves and also started a handyman business to help folks in the area. In June of 2022 I left my second career in the gas fields to dedicate my full time and attention to real estate.
My wife Barbara, and I are blessed with four kids (Bailey, Matthew, Garrett, & Adam), all of whom are making a living for themselves and contributing to society. I enjoy most all sports, but when free time presents itself I’m usually on horseback, playing golf, working out, or snowmobiling.

I have had the pleasure of calling Pinedale and Sublette County my home the past 5 years. I love it here and couldn’t think of living anywhere else, I am truly blessed to live in such a wonderful area. Originally from Tennessee, I found my way to Wyoming and decided to call it home. Over the past 5 years working as the Finance Manager for the local dealership I have been able to meet so many wonderful people. Camden Bennett grew up in Pinedale and graduated from Pinedale High School in 1998. He spent much of the next 20 years serving in the US Navy as a Navy Diver and Intelligence Officer. He met his wife, Lorraine, when they were both serving onboard a ship home-ported in Italy. Along the way, Camden also became an avid photographer and earned a BA in English and Anthropology from Weber State University. Although he spent four years in Italy, traveled widely, and lived in many locations throughout the US, he’s always felt that Pinedale was home.
For Camden, becoming a real estate agent at Pinedale Properties was the perfect way to serve people and invest in his community. Camden enjoys spending free time with his wife and kids, and engaging in all the outdoor activities Sublette County has to offer.

I was born and raised in Montana. Upon graduation, I headed south to college at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, AR. The south was fun but it wasn’t home. Having spent 4 years in the heat - I relocated to Anchorage, Alaska. Alaska was full of mountain-filled adventures and eventually a wedding. In 2015 I earned the title “Dad” and moved back to Wyoming to be close to family. Pinedale has a perfect mix of the western feel of Montana and the wilderness of Alaska that immediately made me feel at home. I have spent time as a counselor, social worker, teacher, and Director of the Chamber of Commerce throughout my career prior to real estate. Helping people achieve their goals and maximize their potential has always been a passion! I currently volunteer with the Sublette County Volunteer Fire Department, a race director of the Surly Pika Adventure Race, and director of The Drift 100 ultra-marathon that takes place each March. Community involvement is also very important to me.
